EmpathyBroker is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Admin and Operations team. The role will involve helping the team with various admin tasks, for example:
Purchases: Resourcing different options for requested products and services, coordinating logistics and making sure all billing details are correct.
Suppliers: Dealing with suppliers in relation to the quality of the services and products received, negotiating pricing, managing billing and contracts.
Corporate Travel: Co-ordinating company travel, liaising with our employees and the travel agency.
Communications: Helping with internal communications relating to the Admin and Operations Team.
